This award encourages and publicly acknowledges the creative excellence of individuals and businesses whose accomplishments exceed the expected.

Artisan Homes partners Wayne Montgomery and Carey Bettis are presenting their second Award of Excellence to Bobby Parker, known by many in the Northeast Florida area as being one of the leading pool designers/builders in St. Johns County.
